 The Java Update 1.0 allows you to add permission on a per-site basis...
Read the docs (kind of hidden at the bottom of the page). The URL is:
 
 http://developer.cobalt.com/java/java.raq.php

  It seems that you might not need any of this; in your code, the database
URL is set to:

 www.domain.com:3306

  Is there a database there? It looks like you want the URL to be:

 65.108.7.2:3306
