Remember that the RaQ is a Linux server, using a modified Redhat distro.  It might be a
good idea to search for Linux tutorials at http://google.com - most of your initial
queries would be sorted out once you've worked through those.

Better still - install Linux on a spare PC at your home before attempting some of the more
advanced commands on your RaQ ;-)
