Maybe this will help..
You can also Telnet into your box as the user (Give that user Telnet ability
in the control panel if they don't have it now) and run mail to delete just
that specific message with the large attachment.. Then disable Telnet for
that user when you are done..

logon w/Telnet as Admin, do an su root
cd /home/spool/mail
rm username - their userid (this will remove their entire email box -
including any other messages they may have received.
I'd have them set their email program to not accept email over xK in size
(like 100K), retrieve all other mail. Then quickly delete the file before
new mail comes in. Then reset the email program to normal sizes.
