5 IP addresses does not sound correct. You must have 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128,
256
In which '0' is always the network, '1' gateway (your dsl modem) then there
must be a broadcast address 255. So more than likely you have 8 IP addresses
( 5 being useable)
248, 249, 250, 251, 252, 253, 254, 255
64.172.190.248 is your network
64.172.190.249 is probably your gateway
64.172.190.255 is your broadcast address.
You have a 64.172.190.248/29 network
Netmask is 255.255.255.248
248-29.190.172.64.in-addr.arpa would be the name of your reverse file.
might be 248/29.190.172.64.in-addr.arpa (used to not wrok but might be
fixed)
So when you are generating your files in the GUI you need to designate your
network size "/29"
In the "add reverse pointer record"
specify your netmask as /29"

P.S. I do my DNS manually, one hell of a lot faster.

Maybe 32-28.178.175.216.in-addr.arpa
