while we didn't sell RaQ / Qube directly it was one of our flagship items
for dedicated hosting. however, after sun took over.... =( the support has
been horrible, to say the least, and forget about warranty support if its
anything but hardware. The tech I spoke with the other day basically stated
that the warranty - any previous warranty, regardless of model or type -
which came from Cobalt are null & void. sad.

to say the least, red hat / mandrake / debian / FreeBSD / Slackware are
looking VERY nice.

i'd like to take the time to express that the individual employees at sun
are NOT at fault for this; they have been MORE than helpful and have MANY
times gone above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks guys!
