as an alias and it will act as a catch all for all emails at that domain.

I'm making an assumption that your problem is with newbie users 
ftp'ing in and then uploading, but they find they are uploading 
to the ~<username> folder rather than the 'root' web folder for
the vserver. My solution to this problem is to simply edit the 
/etc/passwd file. So instead of the default home folder for each
user reading:

/home/sites/siteXX/users/<username>

I simply get it to read:

/home/sites/siteXX/web

Save's lots of time explaining basic stuff to the 'lame' ones. The
server still creates the user folders incase they ever get around
to understanding how it all works, but most of the time they're happy
in the ignorance of simply being able to upload directly to the /web
folder.

PS Has anyone made a FAQ for this list yet? Would anyone be interested 
in helping me put one together?
