[cobalt-developers] RAQ 4 Config Question

Hi there ;)

is it possible to configure my raq 4 that it wont create
a user"directory" for every user?

in most cases i need only one "mainuser" (siteadmin).
with root ftp access to the site...
and than some users (mailonly). no web.

any solutions?
