[cobalt-developers] Changing a package

Hi all,

anyone have an idea on how to change a file in a pkg? Neomail's
portuguese translation isn't accurate, so we improved it. Now, we'd like
to recreate the package with the new and improved translation file. Are
there any docs available on how to do this? I couldn't find anything
suitable.
