[cobalt-developers] Web Mail

I am looking for a web based email package for a RAQ4 that will allow a
virtual site user to set up email accounts for his/her own domain. The
accounts could then be logged into in a hotmail style. I realise neomail is
available but i think you have to set up the mail adresses via the cobalt
site interface.

Is neomail the only real option or is there anything better out there?
Anyone using anything else worth mentioning?
