Not a typo, though I can understand why you might think that. No - it's
following the installation of the recently fixed 1.3 package from Cobalt
(Taco? Fairly new to this list so I might be attributing things to the
wrong person here).

A bit more work finds that /etc/httpd/httpd.conf has commented out
references to an access_log file. Could it be that the fixed 1.3
Webalizer package has assumed these files will be present, without
checking that they actually are?
