RE: [cobalt-developers] First login on raq 4i, internal error

Extra info on error.

I looked into siteList.cgi and noticed that on line 770 a select statement
could not be executed.

Probably something to do with an email warning I received:
"The PostgreSQL server is down and cannot be restarted."

What could be wrong?
