This is on a RAQ3 - your product may differ
What you said above is what SHOULD happen.
What actually happens is that it get sent to the SERVER admin and NOT the
site admin.
So there is no way for the client to get the email as the GUI doesn't allow
the use of the admin@ email alias and using catch-alls doesn't catch it
either.
SO IN CONLUSION:
Is it a bug ... ?
Will it get fixed ...?
....
