Its sad to see Sun take over a good company like Cobalt. I had great tech sup
experience with them. My Raq4 is running great thanks too many in this list
though!!.. BUT! Phoning the new SunTechSupport for Cobalt"!" Recently I cant
get to a human on tech sup until 5 to 10 minutes go by. . . Bad experience.
Soo greedy for money for a solution to an easy question. I hear, That if you
were to buy the new "Sun" Raq you dont even get at LEAST 30 day tech sup.
They stink, I will forever stay away from Sun products and glad I bought the
last 2 RAQs before Sun took over. I hope they dont start putting their sh*t os in
it.. I'll laugh .. gay.. rather run Linux (SPARC RPM) on Suns 64 bit board
though! YEAH!!
Anyway, try to be patient with your words. It doesnt help us - help you when
you dont really make sense.
