I have one user that every once in a while I get an admin msg on saying he
is close to his quota. When I go into the status monitor, it shows he has
48meg used out of 50 allocated. This is what is allocated to one user, not
the site. The site has 200 meg.
When I check, I find:
1) he has no /users/name/web directory, just /users/name - so he isn't
using too much in his personal web directory.
2) his email file is 7.8 meg
So his site has plenty of space, his personal area appears to have very
little in it, but the system keeps telling us he has 48 meg used.
Any ideas where files could be that the system thinks is him?
I did have a problem after a reload once with some sites being cross
linked, so I wonder if another user's space is being reported as his.
Thanks,
