Additionally, apache on the RaQ's is configured so it will execute documents
with .cgi or .pl extensions.  You may not even _need_ a cgi-bin folder :)

You dont nessecarily have to use .htaccess either, try whacking in an empty
index.html file in.  .htaccess will do the job though - try entering
".htaccess cgi-bin" into www.google.com ! :)
