Why not use HTML? Simply drop the following into the
directory, naming it index.html and replacing yourdomain.net with
your domain name:
<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=http://yourdomain.net/";>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>
