Is there someway where the FP module of the Cobalt can be
reinstalled?

Hi,

I had a similar issue after I put custom error pages in the .htaccess
file for the following errors: 401, 403, 404, 500.  I believe it was
the 401 error that FP didn't like, the others were fine.

Unfortunately not.  You did spur me to double check it though, and
the case and extension is correct.

Has anyone else had this issue before?

One of our users, using FP (on a RAQ3i) had a similar issue, the
whole problem was her FP was setup to create Index.htm instead of
index.html - case and extension were wrong. I assume your problem is
not something this simple  ??
