I don't think so!! Sun has more restrictive requirements.

Gordon please clarify this for US developers "....There are of certain
reasonable restrictions and limitations..."

Are folks who were registered with Cobalt as developers now registered
with Sun?  What kind of hoops need we jump?  URL to signup?
