The stock Cobalt interface is static.
Webmin (www.webmin.com) is an open-source module-based administration
system. You can add/remove modules depending on what you are running on your
box. The modules also allow a greater degree of control than the stock
interface.
And since it is open-source you can build your own or modify an existing
module.
