[cobalt-developers] Attn: Cobalt tech: E-mail address for bug reports?

I can't seem to find an e-mail address where I can send a bug report for
the RaQ 3 anywhere on the otherwise-great Cobalt support Web site.  I have
found a DoS attack vector and want to see it corrected.  Please let me know
where I can send a full report.  The rep at the $95-support line didn't
have any options other than billing me for the call.
