I can install it fine.  In fact there's no reasl installer to speak of.  A
few scripts, a config file, a templates directory, and a config file to tie
it all together.  I've rean previous versions fine, it's just this version.
I even went over the code by hand to see it was printing the proper
context-type etc.

Tucows, which does indeed give support, refused to touch it once they heard
it was running under a CGIWrap enabled machine.
