We actually produce a dedicated Banner RaQ that is under development runs on
either RaQ2/3 with very basic system requirements

NB: these products are not offically support by Cobalt under the developers
program and will have slightly different names when launched.

Does anyone know of a good Banner manager for the RAQ3 that will keep track
of the following info:

- will handle multiple locations
- complete reporting on : # times each banner was seen, clicked, time &
date stamped, banners on site & from 3rd party sites.
- etc
