Why would you have a problem with .pkg - They works just perfectly on the
Raq 4's (I mean webalizer .pkg)

Maybe your Raqs have been modified!! Otherwise the .pkg should install just
fine?!

i had similar problems with it as well. are you looking  for a free
solution?

Nettracker is the best but the update does not work on raqs with a log
patch. Also comes with a hefty price... i was able to talk them down 10% so
you can too.
