I was told personally by a Sun/Cobalt rep that there was a problem with the
logic board that caused data corruption without warning. He told me that
they were replacing the RMA XTR with (2) count 'em (2) Raq4R. Now there has
been some dificulty getting Sun/Cobalt to respond to the RMA request. It's
been almost a month. I am not sure how bad this really is or if they may
have jumped the gun on this.
I was also told that a New XTR with faster processors would be released
around September/October.
Has anyone had problems with data corruption on an XTR?
