Well, my colleague wasn't informed correctly then. I am sorry if that caused any 
confusion.

Yes it does, but that doesn't mean the site is meant for dutch customers only 
(else we would have used dutch as language). It's just that we administer the 
.nl.cobalt.com zone from The Netherlands.
