I agree, we have placed an order a month ago and no response plus they
discontinued the reseller program and they started out an email stating that
all links to resellers will be deactivated and if a person needs to buy then
he/she must use the regular link based on 99 dollars instead of the previous
68 dollars. Thwate program is 20 bucks above Equifax plus they are well
known and Equifax is using Thawte so this might be a good alternative. I
know that Entrust also been down and no one was able to use their
certificates !!

Hello Taco,
Thank you for your help - it worked well.
BTW - for those of you looking for certs, stay away from Equifax! I
have left numerous emails and voicemails for their support department
over the last few weeks, and have yet to hear back.
I have also spent the last two weeks trying to get a new cert from
them. Again, no matter how much I try, I can't get a response.
So - stay away! Equifax bad!
