RE: [cobalt-developers] FW: MySQL

Hi Taco,

Thank you for clearing that up. I asked cobalt support about this over the
phone during my 30-day free support period, and the representative
specifically told me that since the packages were meant for Raq4's in the
Netherlands, it would void my warranty.

When on the site, I understood that the packages were provided as-is and
without warranty or support, and have installed the MySQL package without
any problems to date.

Quick question, does the "nl" in http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com stand for
Netherlands?

Best regards,
Ervin

Ervin,

We state on our pkg.nl.cobalt.com website that all packages are supplied
as-is and without warranty or support. We do NOT say your warranty will be
voided if you install one of the packages. That's something completely
different. For support on any package from pkg.nl.cobalt.com you can contact
professional services (fee-based service) at
http://www.cobalt.com/support/services/ or in EMEA
http://emea.cobalt.com/support/services/

Again I want to point out that pkg.nl.cobalt.com is a Cobalt employee
initiative to provide you with much asked packages we have put together
ourselves. But feel free to contribute.

With regards,
