No. Cobalt OS is based on RedHat.

Search the archives for the complete post, but I've seen a quote come by
that states RedHat 6.2.

Oh, but you can do many more beautiful things with
RedHat/Linux-in-general... :-)
Anyway, you *could* just aswell install a central server and give out
accounts for your developers. As you might know, Linux is multi-user. That
would even more simulate the Cobalt environment.
