RE: [cobalt-developers] SSH

can I still use a non-ssh telnet to connect to the server or do I have to use a product like putty to telnet?

Nothing but it will make it possible for you to telnet with ssh which is a
secure connection. The usual telnet make it possible for someone to sniff
some data.

Should I run RaQ3-RaQ4-OpenSSH-2.9p1-1 on my box as seen on
http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com/? What are the pro and cons that come along
with installing this software.

Any Answers would be great!
