You mean that the webserver is not responding and you are not able to
connect via ssh, telnet ?
But the ping is still responding, it's that ?

Is the LCD panel still working ?

Maybe your server is crashed.
I had a problem like that (all services were down except the ping), the
server was crashed, certainly a Kernel Panic

If you are close to your server, try to connect a terminal via a
null-modem cable.
If you are far from your server, ask someone to reboot it ...

After that check your logs to see what happened ...
