I'm a source install junkie so I'm not sure what the problem is, but it appears that you may need to upgrade to a newer version of the program RPM to install that RPM if you can't find an RPM file compatible with your version of RPM. I'm subscribed to the RPM mailing list so I pasted in the subscription info. for you: List-Subscribe: <https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/rpm-list>, <mailto:rpm-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx?subject=subscribe> FYI, I'm quite sure there's an archive at the URL above as well.
