The command line tools can be found at
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/users/jeffb/shell-tools

You can find more info at
http://list.cobalt.com/pipermail/cobalt-developers/2000-June/001341.html

The tools will be installed into /usr/sbin
