Here are the requested details:
(since I installed the Multi language "extensions" which popped up at the 
Bluelink page some of the error in the log are now also in German.)
The translation from German to English are marked as follow [CAPITAL LETTERS]

Question:
It seems there is a significant difference of the content of
ftp.cobalt.com/pub/packages/qube3/eng
and the recently added
ftp.cobalt.com/pub/packages/qube3/ml

Can you give us some background.
