The quotas look right. I think the problem is that there is a bug in the
swatch program (/usr/local/sbin/swatch) that doesn't take block size into
account (or assumes a certain block size). We had a similar problem when
doing the XTR software. Unfortunately, swatch is a proprietary C program and
it updates the monitor database... So I don't think you can fix this without
formatting the partitions with the "normal" blocksize (I forget what the
default is). That's my only guess on what's going on...
