[cobalt-developers] FTP server is not responding

Neither my FTP nor my IMAP servers are responding.  I
have red lights for both on my RAQ3.

I think this was triggered by a disk space problem
which I have solved

I've tried switching them on and off.
I've tried rebooting.
Any suggestions.
