Hi,
I have installed Sun Cobalt Developer Kit on RaQ4 without problems, all
seems working.
But when I check system properties through my servlet I found that java
works under root user name ("user.name: root" and "user.home: /root").
I think it may be dangerous for system. I'm very new to Cobalt, please help
me change user for java to another user, less dangerous. I think it also can
trouble some who wrote about problems with Sun Cobalt Developer Kit.
Another thing also:
java.class.path:
/usr/java/jakarta-tomcat//lib/ant.jar:/usr/java/jakarta-tomcat//lib/jasper.j
ar:/usr/java/jakarta-tomcat//lib/jaxp.jar:/usr/java/jakarta-tomcat//lib/pars
er.jar:/usr/java/jakarta-tomcat//lib/servlet.jar:/usr/java/jakarta-tomcat//l
ib/test:/usr/java/jakarta-tomcat//lib/webserver.jar:/usr/java/jdk/lib/tools.
jar::.:/usr/java/jakarta-tomcat/lib/servlet.jar:/usr/interclient/interclient
.jar
I know this double slashes is working but it is strange. I saw to launching
scripts but can't locate a source for it.
Regards,
Alex
