[cobalt-developers] Problem when Adding Mailinglists URI::URL.pm not found

Hi,

I got a severe problem on one of our raq3 boxes
I checked all the malinglists & co but could not find the answer

when I try to add a mailing list to a site I get the following error

I've reinstalled everything in relation with the scripts e.g. Mime, Libwww,
URI, and so n but still the same problem

maybe you know how to fix this as I'm unable to find an adequate answer and
to make it working properly
