You can definately continue to install the others. Maybe you manually
patched or changed your ChiliSoft installation on your RaQ4 ?
If not, I'd give support a call and have them check it out.

Else your could also try to download the patch onto your RaQ and run
/usr/local/sbin/cobalt_upgrade <pathtopkgfile>, so e.g.

/usr/local/sbin/cobalt_upgrade /tmp/RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.1-9844.pkg

And see what kind of error pops up ...
