It changes the order in which logrotate processess files

nope... However if it is webalizer in a .pkg format... you will most likley
have other problems... that can result in the loss of all old stats...
I just downloaded the .pkg file and installed it.
Sorry to hear that... You should be careful where you get your packages
from....
