[cobalt-developers] active monitor/system status

How do I turn on the system status and active monitor?
Were there problems with this recently? Are there
patches for this?

Some of it works, some of it doesn't. Its very
inconsistent and not reliable. I know the software has
been reinstalled and services turn off and on, but the
text/status never changes even when I know there are
problems.
