[cobalt-developers] Qube3 : Lost Web Gui after upgrade of Apache / Jserv

I was trying to install Apache and Jserv on a Qube3 so :
1- I upgraded to glibc2.2
2- I recompile apache-1.3.17-1C1 on the machine (got it from cobalt website)
3- I compile jServ 1.1.2 as a DSO

and now... Apache seems to work with jServ ( I get the example servlets to
send me a nice 'It is working' page)...
... but the Cobalt Web GUI is messed up :

the login pages appears but it doesn't show any localized strings .... and
whatever I type for login, I can't log on.

Has anyone seen this before ?
Is there a way to reactivate a fully functionnal Web Interface on my Qube3
