[cobalt-developers] Default Page Generation

Could someone be kind enough to point me to the directory/file that
creates default site/user pages on a RaQ4?  I am SO SO tired of
having to correct the faulty Cobalt generated pages that reference
/users/username/ for a user's home page, and the
username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for email convention.

On the outside chance that a fix/update has been issued, a link to that
would be great.
