Overkill solution if that is not the real problem - he has to get rejected
by NSI, then fax them a letter on company letter head with a copy of his
driver's license along with the necessary changes. Record the time the fax
went out. Give it 15 minutes and CALL THEM. Tell them you sent a fax at x
time and you want to be sure all is correct on it. BE NICE TO THEM!!!! I
don't particularly like NSI, but their people ALWAYS are given a hard time
(understandably) so if you are nice to them they will take care of you.

Get them to make the necessary changes so this person has full control over
his/her own destiny. THEN if you still want to host their DNS do so. But
don't leave account in never-never land. You WILL lose your domain over
time for non payment and everything else horrible in dealing with NSI.

For the record: I recommend that ANYONE who owns a web server have an
account with bulkregister.com or some other non-ripoff registrar. Then you
don't have to deal with NSI, transfer all your domain regs to them, etc.

Have a great weekend,
Danny
