[cobalt-developers] Site Admin quota overflow while uploading

All,

We are hosting websites on our RaQ4r and found this problem.

We (the administrator of the box) will create virtual site with site
administrator so they can upload file to the sites of their own using FTP.
If the virtual site is given 200meg of quota and the site admin is given
20meg of quota, the site admin can only upload 20meg of quota into the
/home/sites/site# directory but not 200meg???

Why is this happening?  How should I solve this issue?
