RE: [cobalt-developers] [tech note] A new technical note on using PostgreSQL is available

It is not the link, it is the file itself which doesn't exist. It hasn't
been uploaded unless it has been prefixed with '.'

[admin admin]$ wget
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/developer/TechNotes/19-0-0.pdf
--15:10:32--  ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com:21/pub/developer/TechNotes/19-0-0.pdf
           => `19-0-0.pdf'
Connecting to ftp.cobaltnet.com:21... connected!

==> TYPE I ... done.  ==> CWD pub/developer/TechNotes ... done.
==> PORT ... done.    ==> RETR 19-0-0.pdf ...
No such file `19-0-0.pdf'.

Maybe it is a heart beat measurement of how would we react to such a news :)
And it seems that it is a good news to many developers
