[cobalt-developers] Number of Index' Tuples (574) Is Not The Same As Heap (update .pkg issue)

It appears that this error message is tied to a recent
RaQ3 update.


NOTICE:  Index pg_attribute_attrelid_index: NUMBER OF
INDEX' TUPLES (574) IS NOT THE SAME AS HEAP' (561)
NOTICE:  Index pg_attribute_relid_attnum_index: NUMBER
OF INDEX' TUPLES (574) IS NOT THE SAME AS HEAP' (561) 

This eveing I installed RaQ3-All-System-4.0.1-9819.pkg
--and-- RaQ3-All-Security-4.0.1-9878.pkg on the
machine now generating the error.  Someone else in the
user group is complaining of the same error message
being sent from cron.daily after installing
4.0.1-9819.pkg also.

The archives are full of message referencing the same
error that started appearing after prvious "updates"
were installed (going back a bit), usually after OS3
-the last time this was an issue for a good number of
users. It seems tied to /etc/crond.daily/vacuumdb..<?>

Does anyone have any ideas on a fix without needing to
call Cobalt?
