[cobalt-developers] Number of Index' Tuples (574) Is Not The Same As Heap

Hi Group,

This evening I recv'd a cron-part (daily) error
message as follows:

NOTICE:  Index pg_attribute_attrelid_index: NUMBER OF
INDEX' TUPLES (574) IS NOT THE SAME AS HEAP' (561)
NOTICE:  Index pg_attribute_relid_attnum_index: NUMBER
OF INDEX' TUPLES (574) IS NOT THE SAME AS HEAP' (561)

I've seen this before and there's dozens of posts in
the archives regarding this one, but no resolutions
short of calling Cobalt. I know it's related to the
postgres backend, and I ran meta-verify against the
machine (with every possible flag) and everything is
fine... I also get the famous "Internal Server Error"
when trying to click on the "Disk" option in the admin
GUI to check disk usage.. 

Does anyone know what's the problem here and/or know
of a fix short of calling Cobalt..?  I think it's tied
to the vacuumdb file in cron.daily..
