Has anyone tried FreeTDS to allow for MS SQL ? I can see nothing about it on
the knowledge base or on this list archive... Is there any other alternative
to using FreeTDS ?
I am using a RAQ2 currently but if there are newer appliances which are
better then let me know, because I will upgrade to RAQ4/XTR or Qube3 soon.

Also; with RAQ3 + (ie, the Intel machines), is installing/updating apache
and php (with mysql support), just a process of using .RPMs ? Or I do I have
to continue the source-compilation process (which is no real problem, I've
done it for about a year now)? Eg doing:
wget xxxx.rpm (from http://rpms.arvin.dk/php/install-ready/i686/ for
mod_php.rpm, php.rpm, phpmysql.rpm etc)
rpm -Uvh php-*
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
(does doing that work, and importantly, not muddle up the cobalt GUI/other
alterations to redhat?)
Thanks,
Siggy
