Hi, I'm new to Cobalt Qube3 and have just set up one to connect both our
Intranet (Eth0, primary) and the Internet (Eth1, secondary):
192.168.22.0 ----[Router]----192.168.13.0 ----[Qube3]----202.X.X.0
Configs on the Qube3 are as follows:
Web caching = Disabled
DNS = Disabled
Firewall = Disabled
Primary interface = 192.168.13.X
Secondary interface = 202.X.X.X
Internet setting = Gateway on LAN, Server gateway = 202.X.X.X
Static route = 192.168.22.0, mask 255.255.255.0, gateway 192.168.13.X,
Interface eth0
I have no problem accessing the Qube (www,FTP,Telnet) from the Internet or
directly from 192.168.13.0, but from 192.168.22.X the Qube simply rejects
the connection. I can however access other servers on 192.168.13.0 from
192.168.22.X. Pinging from Qube3 Telnet terminal to 192.168.22.X is also
successful. Also tried Internet setting 'Cable Modem or DSL' but did'nt
work. Anything I missed?
Samuel
