[cobalt-developers] vi bug fix ?

Sorry to ask again but I remember some one posting a small fix for this 
anoying problem with VI on raq and cubes


[root@fixme rc.d]# vi rc.local

Cannot open termcap file
'vt100' not known. Available builtin terminals are:
    builtin_ansi
    builtin_xterm
    builtin_iris-ansi
    builtin_dumb
defaulting to 'ansi'


Can some one post this fix again.
